Clients Responsibilities

  • Client must ensure to provide proper Hardware and Network arrangement for the installation of the software.
  • Client will responsible for the installation and setup of any type of Hardware and Network.
  • Client will also ensure to arrange proper working environment for 3i Template IT Solutions Engineers.
  • Internet connectivity is mandatory.
  • Antivirus must install in server pc and additional all other user pcs.
  • Each and every requirement must be written and authorized and if logical and possible to solve then the solutions will provide within timeframe. Time could be extended. An additional cost will be added regarding the volume of work.
  • Client will responsible for inventory and all types of data entry to software.
  • Database installation is clients responsibility. Database is completely clients property. 
  • In case of database failure in any reason, it is totally clients responsibility.
  • Database backup is client's responsibility. 
  • Operating system, Antivirus and other required softwares must ensured to install properly.
  • No other activities may not be done in Server pc.

The 3i Template IT Solutions will provide the following communication mechanisms to use when asking for support:

(a)    Telephone Support.  
3i Template IT Solutions shall maintain a Condor telephone hotline during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday-Thursday) to assist in reporting errors and in providing first-line support in the use and operation of the SOFTWARE. 

(b)      Internet Connection (Remote access).  
3i Template IT Solutions shall maintain a remote access the express purpose of providing contracted Condor support.
This special access shall be managed by “trouble ticket” software which tracks problem progress on an incident by 
incident basis in order to ensure a timely turn-around for the client.
